Policies and Guidelines

Along with our commitment to quality and customer service, we also know that it’s important to make sure our customers are fully aware of our Policies and Guidelines. That’s the purpose of this document.

Shipping and Handling
• All orders will ship within 5-6 business days after you approve your order.

Order Approvals
• When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have any changes or corrections to your order, please contact customer service immediately at customerservice@confectiondepot.com. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will assume that your order has been approved. Your order will then be moved to production and it will ship within 5-6 business days. If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been sent to production, a fee may be charged.

Errors
• If we made an error, we’ll fix it and ship your order the next business day.

Returns
• If you are unhappy with the quality of your order, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return authorization.

Refunds
• If you ask for a full refund and we’ve done our job, per your specifications, we will ask that you return the order in its original form and packaging.
• We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment.
• We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee
• There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned, non-personalized products.

Orders Missing or Short Items
• We’ll ship the missing items the next business day, via the same shipping method as original order, unless it’s an invitation for a fast-approaching event. Shipping Delay (beyond 5-6 day)
• If our production process was delayed due to our error, we’ll refund your shipping charges.


Shipping Error
• If we shipped your order, using the wrong shipping method, we’ll refund the difference between the method we used and your original method.

Order did not arrive:
• If your order did not arrive, we’ll attempt to track. If it’s untrackable, we’ll offer to re-ship your order via your original method.

Cancellations
• Depending on circumstances, a $15 cancellation fee applies whenever we receive a request to cancel the order while it is already in production.

Point-of-Sale Charges
• Customers may choose from the following to purchase our products: MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Damage in Shipping
• If we didn’t pack your order properly, we’ll reprint and ship it next business day.
• If package is damaged, due to the shipper’s error, we’ll offer to re-ship and provide a 50% discount.

International Shipments
• We cannot be responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment or fees/damages associated with country-specific import regulations noncompliance.
