Returns

All of us at Confection Depot pride ourselves on providing the finest quality products on the market and very rarely receive returned merchandise. If you are unhappy with your unused merchandise, you may return your order for a full refund. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number for their security. Once your order has been received, it will take 2-3 weeks to send a refund. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Please make sure your returned merchandise is accompanied with your original order number. If the products we send to you are damaged during shipping or if you have any other problems with your order, we require you to contact us within 10 days of the order ship date and remedy the situation to the best of our ability. There may be a 15% restocking fee for returned, non-personalized items. You also may email us at CustomerService@ConfectionDepot.com.
